What will I actually pay at checkout?

Standard is ₹2,999 per year and Business is ₹5,999 per year. On top of that you pay 18% GST and a small payment handling fee that covers what the payment gateway charges on the transaction. The exact total is itemised on screen before you pay, so there is nothing to work out yourself.

Is there a free trial or a free plan?

No. e-Kirana is paid upfront and billed once a year — there is no free trial and no free tier. You get the full product from day one rather than a limited version.

Can I upgrade from Standard to Business later?

Yes, and you only pay the difference for the time left on your current plan. If you upgrade partway through the year, the days you have already paid for on Standard are set off against the Business price, and your renewal date does not change — upgrading gives you the better plan, not an extra year.

Does it renew automatically?

No. There is no auto-renewal mandate on your payment method, so nothing is charged without you choosing to renew. If you renew before your current year runs out, the new year is added on to the time you have left rather than replacing it.

Can I get a refund?

You can request a refund within 7 days of your first purchase, subject to the terms of our refund policy. Your shop access ends immediately when the refund is approved and the amount is credited back within 5 to 7 working days.
